Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, professional field-based contractors to capture basic photo documentation for select commercial real estate properties in the Shreveport/Mansfield, LA and surrounding area.

This is intermittent, on-demand work that can be completed on your own schedule. Each site visit typically takes 20–30 minutes. No professional photography experience is required — smartphone cameras are acceptable.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned commercial properties to take required exterior and/or interior photos
Follow provided photo guidelines and submission instructions
Communicate professionally with on-site property management when necessary
Upload photos within required timeframes
Represent our company in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Smartphone with a quality camera
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with property managers or site contacts when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate, property management, inspection, appraisal, or facilities experience
Familiarity with commercial properties
Availability for occasional short-notice assignments
