We’re hiring a dependable, professional Real Estate Media Specialist to join our growing team in the Metro Detroit area.

This is not just a photography job—you’ll be representing our brand in the field, working directly with agents and homeowners, and delivering a high-quality client experience.

No advanced photography experience required. We provide paid training, systems, and support. What matters most is your reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is a field-based role with consistent local work and strong growth potential.

Schedule
• Approximately 25–30 hours per week
• Morning availability required
• Some afternoon flexibility needed
• Occasional Saturdays

Compensation & Growth
• Paid training: $20/hour
• After training: $25/hour equivalent (based on on-site time)
• Drone & 3D certified: $30/hour equivalent
• Video certified: $35/hour equivalent
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.35/mile
• Company equipment provided

Work volume may vary slightly based on real estate market activity.

What You’ll Do
• Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior listing photos
• Follow structured shot lists and workflows
• Represent the company professionally in clients’ homes
• Upload media and communicate with the team
• Grow into drone, 3D tours, and video services

Photography experience is a plus, but NOT required.
