The sales department includes a well-stocked lighting expendables & grip equipment store and offers sales and project management on permanent install solutions for studios and theatres, including grids, curtains, and lighting fixtures. For success in this position, you must: • Have experience with film lighting & grip equipment, ideally at least 2-3 years field experience as a gaffer or grip. A day in the life of a rental agent includes: • Communicating with customers via phone & email • Creating rental quotes based on customer’s needs • Working with customer for any changes and revisions to the quote • Understanding the rental inventory to offer any substitutions if requested item is not available • Working with outside vendors to procure any sub-rented items for the customer’s order and creating purchase orders.
