Finance & Operations Manager/Director

Salary: Commensurate with experience The Finance & Operations Manager/Director is a key member of the FotoFocus team and is responsible for all strategic financial matters and the oversight of the daily financial and operational business of FotoFocus, including human resources and building maintenance functions of the FotoFocus Center. Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, this position has the primary responsibility for FotoFocus’ financial operations and human resources matters, serves as the compliance officer regarding government or other foundation grants and restricted funds, as well as acting as the chief liaison with FotoFocus’ independent auditors and financial services partners. The Finance & Operations Manager/Director is also responsible for overseeing all functions related to the maintenance, preservation, and security of the FotoFocus Center.
