This position is primarily responsible for business operations and development. Tasks range from fulfillment to helping create and maintain a strong visual brand for use across all web-based and print platforms. -Overseeing the studio’s day-to-day tasks and organization -Responsible for working directly with sales inquiries -Generating mock-ups for sales leads in Photoshop -Process orders and oversee printing, fulfillment and quality control -Point of contact for all third-party sales partners and vendors -Development and management of office systems and reporting tools -Maintain and update website -Basic level bookkeeping and reporting -Additional tasks as needed -Handle direct sales via phone, email, and potentially in person at trade shows -Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills -Be self-motivated, a quick learner and problem solver; create independent and team goals -Work well in a small office environment -Have prior sales and customer service experience in luxury markets, or have an understanding of luxury markets -Have an eye for design and an interest in photography and the business of art -Assist in growing and maintaining creative visual branding -Be proficient with Apple systems, Microsoft Suites and Photoshop Please note: applicants that do not send their resume in the proper format, or do not include a cover letter will not be considered for this position.
