This position is primarily responsible for business operations and development. -Book keeping and reporting -Overseeing the studio’s day-to-day tasks and organization -Management of office systems and reporting tools -Maintain and update website -Basic level bookkeeping and reporting -Update and add new content and new series to website -Additional tasks as needed -Assist Drew with series development, including conceptualization, planning, execution, post-production, and promotion -Assist with creative direction for projects as needed -Be based in or near Charleston (or willing to relocate to the area) -Have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously -Possess the ability to confidently be primary point of contact for clients during negotiations and customer service issues via phone and email -Handle direct sales via phone, email, and potentially in person at trade shows -Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills -Be self-motivated, a quick learner and problem solver; create independent and team goals -Work well in a small office environment -Have prior sales and customer service experience in luxury markets, or have an understanding of luxury markets -Assist in growing and maintaining creative visual branding -Be proficient with Apple systems, Microsoft Suites and Photoshop Drew’s work can be seen at www.drewdoggett.com
