Fine Art Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. The role involves gallery maintenance, identifying client needs, sales of high-end art photography and follow-up to ensure a positive experience for clients. We offer a hourly rate and GENEROUS COMMISSION.

Responsibilities:

A respected fine art photography gallery in Naples is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity (approximately 5–10 hours per week).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the world of fine art and high-level client interaction, but does not seek full-time employment. Many of our clients are established collectors and seasonal residents; we value thoughtful conversation and refined selling—not high-pressure tactics.

Who This Role Suits Best

This position is well suited to:

A semi-retired professional
A former gallery or luxury sales associate
An experienced closer who enjoys staying engaged
Someone with schedule flexibility, especially during peak season (January–April)

Summer hours are lighter, and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling fine art or luxury goods
Strong closing ability and confidence with high-net-worth clientele
Professional presence and excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, mature, and dependable
Appreciation for photography and visual storytelling

Compensation

$16 per hour
Generous commission structure.

This is not a high-volume retail environment. It is relationship-driven and consultative. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys the gallery atmosphere and takes pride in facilitating meaningful acquisitions.
