Finishing Technician

Headquartered in a central location, we serve multiple states with a focus on creativity, quality, and outstanding customer support. This is a seaonal postion with a great Monday-Friday schedule.

Position Summary

The key role of this position is ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of customer orders. This position is responsible for printing, scanning, labeling, and performing quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the fulfillment process. The technician’s role ensures order accuracy, that products are properly packaged, and meets Dorian’s quality standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor fulfillment/packaging machines to ensure proper functioning
Load materials, products, or supplies into machines
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any quality issues
Identify and fix any quality issues
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Complete required paperwork/computer work accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Any duties deemed necessary by management

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Mechanical aptitude
Teamwork and communication skills
Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficient computer skills
Previous experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or machine operation
Satisfactory passing of a pre-employment criminal background check

Physical Requirement

Comfortable standing for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day
Frequent standing and walking to process, scan, and organize materials
Ability to bend, squat, and load paper into the machine
Frequently walking back and forth between workstations
Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks in packaging
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30-50 pounds regularly
Visual acuity to distinguish fine details and color variations

Pay: From $18.15 per hour
