Position Title: Lifestyle Manager Location: FivePoint - Valencia POSITION SUMMARY This position could be described as the “Cruise Director” for FivePoint Valencia. Working from the Visitor Center, this person will be a visitor’s first impression and must exhibit the ability to share the Valencia vision with passion and enthusiasm, while also being able to listen and understand the needs and wants of each individual visitor. Full-Time position – minimum 32 hours per week. Act as the primary source of information for all Valencia residents as they move into the community, as well as sales associates in each of the homebuilder sales offices, real estate agents and brokers, and Homeowner’s Association representatives.
