About the Opportunity
Plush Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced Food & Hospitality Photographer to join our team as a freelance creator.
We manage recurring social media marketing packages for restaurants and hospitality clients, which means ongoing, recurring shoot opportunities (monthly or bi-monthly) for the right photographers!

We handle all the pre-shoot strategy, post-production, and heavy lifting. Your focus is simple: show up on location, bring high energy and creativity, make the client feel comfortable, capture stunning visuals, and upload the raw files. No editing required!

The Role & Expectations

You are the face of Plush Marketing when you’re on location. We rely on you to represent our agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a creative eye.

On-Site Execution: Work off a provided shot list—or collaborate dynamically with the client in real-time—to capture high-quality photo content tailored for social media.
Pure Capture (Zero Editing): There is no pre-shoot planning and zero post-production editing required on your end. You shoot, upload the raw files to Dropbox, and our editing team takes it from there. Pre-shoot calls may be scheduled and recorded if you can not attend.
Shoot Duration: Standard shoots last between 2 to 3 hours.
Punctuality is Key: For us, "showing up on time is considered late." We expect creators to arrive early, set up, and be ready to rock when the clock starts.
Creative Input: While we provide guidance, you should be quick on your feet, full of fresh ideas, and confident directing the scene to get the best possible shots.
Transportation & Travel: Freelancers must have reliable personal transportation and are responsible for travel to and from shoot locations.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-resolution photo content on-location at restaurants and hospitality venues across the area.
Act as a direct liaison on-site, ensuring the client has a seamless, fun, and high-energy experience.
Deliver unedited raw files via Dropbox within max 48 hours of shoot completion.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience, specifically with food, beverage, and restaurant hospitality.
Portfolio: A link to a professional online portfolio showcasing relevant food/hospitality work (Instagram handles will not be accepted as a primary portfolio).
Equipment: Must own and bring professional-grade camera gear, lighting equipment, tripods, etc., suited for restaurant environments (which can often have challenging low-light conditions). All equipment should be easily carried around, no plugging in/cords as often there are tight spaces.
Insurance: Must carry active business insurance.
Soft Skills: Punctual, outgoing, highly creative, and capable of thinking fast on your feet.

Plush Marketing Agency retains full, exclusive ownership rights and copyright to all delivered raw content. This enables us to protect our clients' intellectual property and license the content for unrestricted future marketing, editing, and distribution across client channels.
