The leader will have to train and develop young photographers by providing and teaching the most basic skills. The right candidate must have a keen technical prowess with the ability to motivate and continually evaluate a team of individuals by maintaining a positive, inclusive and accountable working environment. Assist in training new hires on news shooting techniques, editing and workflows. 3-5 years' experience in news production or news photography required. Must be able to troubleshoot issues with field gear and transmission equipment.
