Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Dept: Marketing Reports to: Owners, Sales Manager Job Class: Non-Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for in store promotions/activations for the Freddy’s Fuego and associated brands or products managed by Quality Green Trees. Coordinate with Marketing Director for all photography, video, social media, for off-site events and vendor day activations. Keep event calendar up to date and ensure all marketing/promotional opportunities are executed to the fullest. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Coordinate with Marketing Director for all creative development to ensure graphic designer completes all projects time and within brand standards to support onsite sales and education efforts · Coordinate retail level staff engagement and outings to continually promote the brand · Provide content to Marketing Director for all social media outlets and assist in managing/organizing digital content in master file · Ensure all retail partners technology platforms are updated with most current information (specials, events, marketing materials, pricing) · Track all apparel and promotional materials ensuring par levels are maintained and needs are relayed to the Office Manager · Prepare and present monthly apparel/merchandise sales at the first marketing meeting of each month · Create new strategies to maximize retail sales and brand visibility · Submit final expense report and summary monthly with a detailed report for use of funds and results · Ensure promotion team is always busy, on task and representing the brand properly during onsite activations and events · Ensure adequate stock of promotional materials and ensure each retail partner has the tools necessary to drive sales · Create strategic relationships with industry influencers to increase our brand visibility across all social and digital outlets · Propose new and innovative ways of promoting/marketing the brands and products · Participate in local area business organizations and networking groups · Read industry publications to keep up to date on trends · Perform any other duties and projects assigned by management Qualifications: · At least 3 years marketing experience with extensive knowledge in the cannabis industry · Must be able to input and access information across all social media platforms · Be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment on and off site for events · Must be comfortable learning new skills, training others · Must have a hands-on, proactive style, outgoing personality · Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and meeting new people either virtually or in person Skills and Attitudes: Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate. This position requires someone who is a strong leader with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
