This role has a high ceiling: as you grow, you’ll take on bigger projects, more creative input, and become a key part of our production team. Responsibilities • Shoot short form interviews and documentary-esque pieces on location. • Capture smooth b-roll using gimbals (RS3 Pro, RS4 Pro, or similar) and expertly balance the camera in both horizontal and vertical orientations for social media and other content. • Collaborate with the creative team to elevate quality and deliver content that reflects the vision of Multiply X leadership. • Path for top performers to transition from per-shoot compensation to a larger monthly retainer, becoming a core part of the Multiply X team with more steady projects.
