You MUST have experience as a lead wedding photographer. If you are applying for this position you should be confident that you can adhere to our style and constructive feedback. We’ll edit the photos you take but you must feel confident that you can emulate this vibe as a lead photographer or take feedback as an assistant. We are looking for wedding experience; your WEDDING WORK shows technical and creative excellence in multiple lighting situations. We are looking for professional WEDDING work presented in a professional gallery, such as Pic-Time, Pixieset, or Smugmug spanning a WHOLE wedding, essentially a gallery that you would deliver to wedding clients; this would not be highlights or your best work from a wedding but the whole thing.
