Freelance Photographer

We are building a Nationwide Deployment of Photographer network, and we are looking for photographers at every level, NOT just Boston, MA

Photos In A Minute is an event photography company based in Boston, Massachusetts. We are a nationwide deployment company. We work in markets across the country for corporate clients, marketing agencies, and national brands.

We are ramping up. As we grow, we need photographers in more markets, across every kind of work we do.

The work

Corporate headshots, on-site and high volume. Event and conference photography.

Print on site, where the guest walks away with their photo in hand.

Photo booths and brand activations. Seasonal and holiday photo programs.

Every level & Experienced photographers. You bring your own camera, lenses, and lighting. Day rates depending on the assignment.

Newer photographers and support roles. You do not need your own gear. We can supply the equipment and train you on it. Paid hourly.

Crew leads. You have run a set before and can manage a team on site.

How we work

This is 1099 freelance assignment work. You take what fits your calendar and pass on what does not. There is no set schedule and no guaranteed number of days.

Travel and mileage on longer jobs are paid separately. Payment goes out within 14 days of delivered files. Everyone who applies goes into the network and gets a first look at assignments in their market as they book.

What we are looking for

Somebody who shows up early. Somebody who is good with people and keeps things moving. Somebody who hits the deadline without being chased. Someone who thinks like a CEO. You do not need a famous portfolio. You need to be good, fast, and reliable.

Straight talk

This is freelance. Volume depends on what our clients book in your market, and we will not promise you days we cannot guarantee. Some markets are busy now. Some are not busy yet.

There is no cost to apply and no cost to work with us. We do not charge photographers for training, certification, or equipment.

Pay: $26.77 - $400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 50.0 per week
