Photographer is needed in Medina, United States.Client: TourDSpace, LLCLocation: Medina, OHContract: FreelanceJob DescriptionTourDSpace is seeking two dependable freelance real estate photographers to join its growing media team: one serving the Medina area and one serving the Akron/Canton area. Candidates must live in the area they would serve.The role involves traveling to scheduled properties, capturing professional real estate photography, and learning additional services such as floor plans, virtual tours, and video. Training and company equipment are provided. This is an in-person position with weekday appointments that vary based on bookings.Photographers will be expected to follow TourDSpace standards for composition, lighting, framing, image quality, file organization, and client service. The role also includes communicating with agents, homeowners, and the scheduling team; reporting delays or access issues; completing required shots and services; handling equipment responsibly; and identifying opportunities for relevant service upgrades.RequirementsMust live in the Medina area or the Akron/Canton area, depending on the service area sought.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Professional appearance and a friendly, respectful attitude.Ability to travel between appointments throughout the assigned service area.Ability to work independently while following company processes and checklists.Attention to detail and commitment to consistent image quality.Willingness to learn photography and additional real estate media services.Ability to accept constructive feedback, correct mistakes, and adapt to changing needs.Basic camera experience or an interest in photography is preferred but not required.Previous portfolio or photography samples are welcome but not required.Schedule and CompensationMonday through Friday.Appointment times and daily workload vary based on bookings.Compensation is based on a percentage of the package or service total for completed assignments.Estimated annual pay: $20,000–$50,000.Payouts are issued every Monday.Bonus opportunities are available based on performance, service upgrades, and business growth.What We OfferCompany-provided equipment.Training and opportunities to develop real estate photography and media skills.Variety in properties, clients, and locations.Flexible schedule.Opportunities for bonuses and professional growth with an expanding company.Application InformationApplicants should share information about themselves, their availability, and why they are interested in joining TourDSpace.
