The company is expanding its local photography team and is seeking freelance photographers for year-round assignments.Photographers will primarily conduct headshot, group, and event photography sessions. Candidates should be skilled in photographing people, provide excellent customer service, and be able to work effectively in both studio and on-location environments. Applicants who specialize in at least one photography type may also be considered.Assignments are designed to fit around an existing freelance schedule. No editing is required, as image processing is handled by the company’s in-house design team.RequirementsAt least three years of professional photography experience, particularly photographing people.Exceptional photography skills and strong interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.Experience working in studio and on-location settings.Understanding of color spaces, image quality settings, and file formats.Ability to meet deadlines and work creatively to improve productivity.Ability to follow company and client guidelines.Ability to evaluate outdoor lighting and select suitable locations for photography.Strong customer service skills.Experience photographing people of all ages.Ownership of a DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 16 MP, speedlights, wide-angle and portrait lenses, and lighting equipment.Access to high-speed internet for transferring images.Portfolio or website demonstrating relevant photography experience is required.Application InformationApplications must include a link to a website or portfolio to be considered.
