Job Type: Contract (W2) Date: Wednesday, May 7, 2026 Hours: ~5:30 PM – 10:00 PM (includes early arrival for setup) Capture candid, documentary-style photography throughout the event Photograph key moments including: Guest arrivals and ambiance Small-group networking interactions Natural conversations and engagement moments Dinner service and toast moments (if applicable) Take a mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots Highlight the overall atmosphere, including lighting, venue details, and guest experience Work discreetly within a private, high-trust environment Style & Approach Editorial, documentary-style imagery (natural, not overly posed) Strong focus on authentic interactions and storytelling Ability to work in low-light environments using ambient lighting Minimal use of flash (bounce/diffused only if needed) Deliverables
