Freelance Photographer - Lancaster PA

You will be working on tight deadlines that could include turning assignments around in a few hours. Successful Candidates: Possess excellent photography, writing and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to report news fairly and accurately on deadline.Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills.Exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients.Previous photojournalism experience at a daily or weekly newspaper preferred; photographers with professional experience will receive priority, but those with strong portfolios will be considered.Opportunities are most often available in Lancaster County, but occasionally extend to Lebanon, Hershey and York counties as well.Possess an eye for detail and awareness of cultural sensitivities to make photo selections that are both accurate and tasteful and reflect the diversity in our region.Knowledge of AP style a plus.Experience recording and editing video a plus.Requirements For any additional questions, please reach out to: Abby Rhoad
