Freelance Photographer (MUST submit test photos to apply)

This contract position will begin in March and will last approx. Interested applicants must have a digital camera (photos should not be taken with a phone or tablet), high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. (Depending on availability, you may be able to receive 2-3 assignments a week.) Pay is $17.50 per Apartment/Office property, and $17.50 per Storage property plus a $10.00 bonus if you are able to gain access and shoot inside a fenced-in storage property. Due to the nature of work, current Yardi employees are not eligible to apply.
