Freelance Photographer - Multi Family & Self Storage Properties

If you are interested in contract photography work for Yardi Matrix, while on assignment you must practice social distancing, wear appropriate face coverings, and be in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Each property will take about 20 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.) SELF STORAGE: Pay is $12.50+ per property for public access only photos and if permission is granted by the property’s on-site representative to take photos on-site an additional $10 per property will be added.
