Freelance Photographer - Real Estate Photography

Looking for a gig that mixes photography and a little urban adventure? We’re hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to help keep our rental listings running smoothly. Your main focus will be photographing apartments for our listings, but every now and then, you’ll also help confirm access procedures — which could mean checking lockboxes or coordinating with a landlord or super to make sure our agents can get in. You’ll report directly to our Leasing/Access Coordinator and Head of Rentals, making sure our team always has what they need to show off new spaces. Responsibilities: Photograph apartment units Upload, organize, and share photography with Rentals Team Access vacant apartment units Occasionally confirm apartment access procedures Travel to and from Brooklyn, NY Qualifications: Strong photography skills (preferably using a DSLR camera) Spanish language skills a big plus (not required, but super helpful) Ability to follow directions and report back clearly to the team Reliable, punctual, and comfortable traveling around Brooklyn Tech-savvy enough to upload photos and communicate with the team quickly Flexible schedule and able to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation: $16.50 per hour
