Requirements Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills.Exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients.Previous photojournalism experience at a daily or weekly newspaper preferred; photographers with professional experience will receive priority, but those with strong portfolios will be considered.Opportunities are most often available in Lancaster County, but occasionally extend to Lebanon, Hershey and York counties as well.Possess an eye for detail and awareness of cultural sensitivities to make photo selections that are both accurate and tasteful and reflect the diversity in our region.Knowledge of AP style a plus.Experience recording and editing video a plus.Requirements Must have own professional photography equipment, including a variety of lenses, and ability to shoot in low-light, fast-paced assignments.Must have own transportation.Laptop with hotspot or equivalent to process photos remotely while on assignment.Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Photo Mechanic, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
