Freelance Photojournalist

Job Description CCX Media is seeking a freelance Photojournalist who will shoot and edit stories for broadcast and for the web on a part-time, as-needed basis. Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks independently and as a team to capture and edit videoShoots and edits news events on deadlineMaintains good working relationships with local sources, schools and citiesEnsures that all content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality Requirements and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field2-4 years’ experience as a content generatorFluency in EnglishPossess excellent interview and conversational writing skillsProficiency with Final Cut ProValid driver’s license with a good driving recordProficiency with computers, telephones, and other office equipmentExperience with Sony PXW-X400 a plusExcellent communication skills, both oral and written
