The photographer will be responsible for capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties, ensuring attention to detail and optimal lighting. Qualifications • Proficiency in real estate photography, including composition, lighting, and equipment operation • Experience with photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom • Strong communication and organizational skills for client interactions and scheduling • Ability to work on-location and independently while maintaining high standards • Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area • Portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural photography work • Knowledge of videography or drone photography is a plus • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
