About the Role

We’re hiring a photographer/videographer to shoot residential and commercial properties throughout New York. Flexible schedule and a clear workflow.

What You’ll Shoot

Interior and exterior real estate photography (HDR bracket sets)
3D Tour Matterport
Property walkthrough and cinematic listing videos
Occasional lifestyle and brand video shoots involving talent

Requirements

Strong understanding of how a camera works, exposure, aperture, shutter, ISO, and white balance. You can walk into any lighting situation and dial in a clean, properly exposed shot.
A real estate media experience (photography and 3D, and ideally video)
Equipment : Camera, wide angle lens, 3D camera (Matterport or Theta Z1 preferred)
Solid video skills: stable handheld and gimbal work, exposure control, and color discipline- is a plus.
Reliable vehicle and ability to cover Miami-Dade and Broward
Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional with clients
English required
Editing skills are not required — we handle all post-production in-house.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong customer service skills or prior experience working directly with clients on-site
Spanish or French is a plus
