We are expanding our team and seeking experienced freelance photographers to cover residential and commercial properties within a 20-mile radius of New York, NY. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for self-driven professionals who take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work. What You'll Do: - Photograph residential homes, apartments, and commercial spaces - Capture bright, balanced, MLS-ready interior and exterior images - Maintain consistent composition, lighting, and framing standards - Represent RS professionally when interacting with clients on-site What We're Looking For: - 18+ years old - Proven experience in real estate interior photography - Strong understanding of composition, lighting, HDR, and flash techniques - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and manage your schedule No real estate portfolio yet? If you have strong photography skills but limited real estate samples, you may submit a mock shoot using your own home, a friend's home, or a hotel lobby to demonstrate proper lighting, composition, and wide-angle coverage.
