**Overview** PlanOmatic is seeking a skilled and experienced freelance photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties in Charlotte, NC. As a freelance photographer with PlanOmatic, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible, part-time schedule and contribute to our mission of delivering professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry. **Responsibilities** * Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours * Most assignments take 30-60 minutes on-site * Upload work directly through our app * Work independently and meet turnaround deadlines **Qualifications** * Demonstrable photography experience is required - real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred * A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with your application * Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash * Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines **Benefits** * Flexible, part-time freelance work with opportunities for straightforward gigs * Compensation: $35-$75 per property * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of real estate photography and 3D tours * No client-facing pressure * Equipment requirements: + DSLR or Mirrorless camera + Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS) + Off-camera flash with diffuser + Tripod + Apple or Android device with memory card reader + Reliable vehicle & valid drivers license + Photographer's Liability Insurance
