**Overview**
PlanOmatic is seeking a skilled and experienced freelance photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties in Charlotte, NC. As a freelance photographer with PlanOmatic, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible, part-time schedule and contribute to our mission of delivering professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry. **Responsibilities**
* Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours
* Most assignments take 30-60 minutes on-site
* Upload work directly through our app
* Work independently and meet turnaround deadlines
**Qualifications**
* Demonstrable photography experience is required - real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred
* A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with your application
* Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
* Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
