PlanOmatic is seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Rental Property Photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties in the Chicago, IL area. As a freelancer, you'll enjoy flexible, part-time work with a straightforward workflow and no client-facing pressure. **Responsibilities:**
* Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours
* Most assignments take 30-60 minutes on-site
* Upload work directly through our app
* Work independently and meet turnaround deadlines
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred)
* A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with your application
* Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
* Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
