This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments while working closely with producers and event teams. Your role will involve covering performances, awards, and candid moments that highlight the energy of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to various dance competitions and live events to capture stunning sports and live action photography.Plan, shoot, and deliver vibrant images that showcase dancers, teams, and the overall event atmosphere under high-pressure conditions.Work collaboratively with producers, videographers, and event staff to ensure shot lists align with schedules and client expectations.Edit, color-correct, and process large batches of images for online galleries and media delivery.Safely maintain and transport professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and backup gear between diverse locations.Adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications regarding file formats, resolution, and naming conventions.Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, studio owners, dancers, and families on-site.Manage deadlines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of images following each event.Adapt to changing lighting situations, stage setups, and venue conditions while consistently delivering high-quality results.Follow event rules, safety guidelines, and privacy expectations while capturing moments.Required Skills:

Expertise in sports/action photography.Experience in event photography.Proficient in DSLR/mirrorless camera operation.Knowledge of off-camera and low-light lighting techniques.Skilled in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.Ability to manage high-volume image editing and workflow.Familiarity with digital asset management and file delivery systems.Strong on-site client communication skills.Efficient in travel logistics and time management.
