Location: Travel-based — varies by event Position Type: Contract / Freelance Compensation: $25–$75 per hour (depending on experience level, role as lead or second shooter, equipment availability, and event scope) Typical Schedule: Mostly weekend events Event Duration: Most weddings range from 6–10 hours, with occasional portrait sessions around 1.5 hours Payment Timeline: Payment is issued the Friday after file delivery has been received and confirmed by our headquarters (Second shooters are not required to supply a full gear kit.) All team members must maintain a professional appearance that aligns with the formality of a wedding environment. The goal is to blend naturally with guests while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
