About the position

Bella Baby Photography is hiring an on-site, in-hospital Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant in West Allis, Wisconsin. The role coordinates short newborn photo sessions in families’ hospital rooms shortly after delivery, edits images on-site, and presents and sells photo packages to families. The position includes regular training and support, as well as opportunities to connect with photographers across the country.\n\nThis part-time position is scheduled 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). The start time is 9 AM, and the workday is planned to end at 5 PM, though hours and days may vary based on births and business needs. Monthly schedules are posted six weeks in advance. Some holidays are required. Compensation is commission sales estimated at \$250–\$450 twice monthly, with additional tips and performance- and seniority-based bonuses. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen. Employment is at will.

Responsibilities

Schedule and lead several same-day, 15-minute newborn photo sessions.Safely pose and handle newborns during photo sessions.Minimally edit photos on-site using Adobe Lightroom Classic.Present photo packages to families and complete in-person sales.Requirements

A DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 megapixels; phone cameras are not accepted.A laptop with at least 513 GB of storage and 16 GB of memory.Adobe Lightroom Classic.Reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds of equipment.Willingness to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided.Ability to work 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and some holidays.Must pass a background check and drug screen.Benefits
