What you'll be doing: • Answering incoming phone calls (during regular weekday hours) with a friendly, informed voice • Guiding callers through our session types—explaining what makes each one unique and helping them determine the best fit • Sending follow-up emails with pricing and session details after calls • Updating client records and tracking inquiries using our CRM tools (Mac-based) • Welcoming occasional in-person walk-ins or scheduled clients in the studio • Supporting the overall client experience with professionalism and warmth You’ll love this job if: • You're someone who lights up when connecting with people • You can clearly explain a service or process in under five minutes • You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and love a to-do list • You can switch gears smoothly from in-person to phone conversations • You love dogs—there are a few small pups in the studio regularly (they belong to the owner and are friendly and well-behaved) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (full-time, 40 hours/week)Location: On-site in Baton Rouge, LA (some hybrid flexibility possible after training)Pay: $18.50–$23/hour, depending on experience.
