Front Desk & Patient Photography Coordinator

We are a high-end facial plastic surgery practice looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join our front desk. What You’ll Do: • Take patient photos during consultation days (Mondays and Fridays) (No prior photography experience needed—we provide training and keep the process simple and structured) • Welcome and assist patients, creating a warm and elevated in-office experience • Check patients in and out, help manage scheduling, and support daily front desk flow • Answer phones and assist with general questions • Help keep patient records organized and up to date What We’re Looking For: • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Organized and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting • Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or plastic surgery is a plus • No photography experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off
