Requirements: * Prior retail experience * Extremely reliable * A love of design and beautiful things, an interest in home decor * An outgoing, warm, vibrant and friendly personality with an authentic, natural ease with people * Self starter who takes initiative * Interested in growing with the business * Organized, efficient and aesthetically/visually inclined (gift wrapping, merchandising).
