While it's great that you have your real estate license, if you have an active real estate license you must be willing to place it "voluntarily inactive" as we are a member of numerous Realtor Boards & MLS' which may require an active licensed agent to pay MLS and Realtor dues. Send various templated emails to customers, or related parties to the transaction. If you are looking for a great environment to work in, with all the opportunities for growth, you found it! With just a few agents, we are doing close to 100 transactions per month and we are planning on doubling this in the near future.
