Fulfillment Support Specialist

The Fulfillment Support Specialist’s primary role is to support customer service and sales department in all fulfillment related matters including but not limited to RMA, research on customer shipment inquiries, initiate and administer shipment dispute claims with carriers, inventory location audit, sample items transfer, support to customer services department on order entry, customer inquiries, and etc. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: · Coordinate with Accounting and Operation to process all RMAs · Sort and review returned goods for further processing · Put away returned goods and update system accordingly · Conduct inventory location audit (verify count) · Handle all internal sample transfer request (RD, Design, Photography) · Filing and tracking claims with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers · Research and respond to customer shipment inquiries · Research and respond to sales department request related to fulfillment · Shipment quotations · Assist Accounting in shipment billings from carriers when needed · Additional duties and responsibilities (when needed) o Printing daily orders from retailer.com partner portals and ERP system when needed o Enter orders into ERP Distribution One when needed o Verify pricing, cancel dates and tracking is confirmed on each order daily when needed o Manage inventory feeds for multiple brands within eCommerce retail partner portals o Manage and maintain vendor portals (Order Acknowledgement, Tracking/Shipping and Invoicing) o Maintain inventory spreadsheet for major accounts Qualifications Ability to work independently (self-motivated) Ability to work in a high pace environment Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast- paced environment Can complete projects within required timeframes Have general understanding of shipping procedures Organized and attention to details Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in ERP system and comfortable with computer as well as most web platform Must be efficient with Microsoft Office suite Experience in dealing with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other freight carriers Light experience in dealing with inventory audit and cycle counting Great on telephone and clear in communication
