We have exceptional clients that create international campaigns for some of the world’s largest food/ beverage and product companies. This is a full-time role, in studio role for a Photography/ Video Operations Manager located in San Francisco, CA. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets/ job tracking, providing information for the bookkeeper, client interaction to and from the studio of products and materials used in shoots. This role is also responsible for help with estimating jobs, billing and submitting information to the payroll company. • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience with budget management, labor tracking, and billing • Knowledge of legal and safety regulations related to photography studio operations is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to needs as they arise • A passion for a creative field support team member and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of studio operations • Must know: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Quickbooks, Acrobat, Will train: BlinkBid, Wrapbook
