Full-time Ophthalmic Technician in Neuro-Ophthalmology Clinic

We are looking for a full-time Ophthalmic Technician to join our exciting, team orientated Neuro-Ophthalmology Clinic. This position provides opportunities to work in a fast-paced, challenging, diverse and rewarding environment. In this role you will be responsible for the complete appropriate intake assessment, which includes but is not limited to chief complaint, allergy review, medication verification, proper vitals (weight, pulse, Blood Pressure), visual acuity, intra-ocular pressure measurement, pupilary size and reaction, manifest refraction in addition to completing all ophthalmic imaging tests as ordered by the physicians such as: Visual Field – Goldman; Visual Field – Humphrey; Optical coherence tomography (OCT) - Anterior and Posterior Segment and Fundus Photography. • Current BLS certification required, preferred ACLS certification • Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician
