Listing inventory in your home, pays $12 an hour to start while you are training and then $15/hour after you know what my methodology consists of and you are listing a fair number of items per hour. If you are not producing ads and we are not selling enough to provide you with an annual income of $50K in the first year and $100k in your 2nd year, I probably will not continue with you. If you only have time for listing and you work only 40 hours a week you can expect your first paycheck to be slightly under $500. That is around $24k a year, which is ok, but not where I would like you to be and probably not where you would desire to be. The top preforming persons will have the ability to ascend to a management position and possibly partner with me in this business, as well as other businesses I have presently and planned.
