The Helgemo Team at Compass, one of the top-producing real estate teams in the area, is hiring a skilled real estate photographer to join our team immediately.
This is a role for someone ambitious and growth-minded — someone who wants long-term stability, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to grow alongside a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for capturing homes at their best, producing high-quality visual content that helps bring new listings to market. We invest in our team and provide everything you need to do your best work.
What you'll do:
• Photograph interior and exterior spaces of residential properties
• Edit and deliver publication-ready listing photos
• Capture and edit drone photography
• Complete 360° virtual tour videos
• Assist with MLS listing preparation, including property detail sheets and measurements
• Coordinate with our Listing and Marketing departments to ensure homes are market-ready
Videography experience is a major plus. Candidates who can also produce and edit drone video and property walkthrough content will receive additional compensation for that work.

What we're looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of real estate photography experience (required)
• FAA Part 107 drone certification (required)
• Strong photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Videography experience (preferred, not required)
• A collaborative mindset — someone who communicates well and works seamlessly with a team
• Ambitious, reliable, and looking for a long-term home
• Portfolio of previous work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
