Requirements and Responsibilities: \\- Processing client bookings \\- Clerical work & data entry \\- Assistance with studio upkeep \\- Packaging & shipping \\- Posting on social media \\- Client assistance with general communications \\- Provide support to the central hub of studio administration Who YOU are! \\- Process-oriented with the ability to take direction and prioritize projects \\- Prompt and timely with the ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment \\- Pays close attention to detail \\- Strong verbal and written communication skills \\- Must be able to show maturity, empathy, discretion, and tact in client and team communication \\- Proficient knowledge with MAC, adept at Microsoft Outlook/Office Suite, and Social Media ** Please note: as creatives, we are looking for a Studio Assistant to join our admin team.
