Job Title: Full-Time Videographer, Photographer & Editor (In-House) – Outdoor Brands | Austin, TX Company: Deer Camp Digital Salary: $45,000/year Location: Austin, TX (must live within 30-45 minutes) We need someone who wants to join our team full-time, work a 8-5 with us, grow with us, and take ownership of our photo and video production across Texas and beyond. This is a startup role, and it’s hands-on from day one. What We’re Looking For • Full-time availability (this is not freelance or contract work) • Must live in or near Austin, TX • Basic video and audio production skills (camera, lighting, mic setup) • Editing experience with Adobe Premiere (or similar) • Strong sense for social content: Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube • Solid work ethic, self-starter, eager to learn and grow • Comfortable traveling frequently (we’ll fill gas tanks, and feed you :)) Bonus points if you: • Are a hunter, angler, or love time in the outdoors • Have worked with outdoor brands or western/agriculture content before • Know how to shoot and cut content fast, without sacrificing quality
