Job Description: Gallery Associate This job entails all aspects of running a small business that provides necessary support to an art gallery with over fifteen artists. Data entry into the online system to record all inventory, sales and contacts, strong, personal customer care, hanging paintings, preparing materials for the artist, delivering materials to the framer, photography, website maintenance, answering phones, making sales and credit card transactions, marketing and PR. This is the most diverse and challenging job around. There will be a two-week training period. Salary will be $12/hour during the training period.
