Gameday Photographer (Local)

The 2026 Gameday Photographer is a key role to show off how the Trenton Thunder has THE MOST FUN every summer to our fans and our partners alike! This opportunity is a great way to gain experience in the field of sports & marketing photography with capturing Thunderful memories throughout a game while showing off to our Thunder partners how their branding is being utilized, captured, and exposed to thousands of fans per night. The Thunder Gameday Photographer position includes the following functions: • Photographing fans/ fan experiences • Covering live events during gamedays including, but not limited to- induction ceremonies, pregame performances, in game promotions, postgame fireworks, etc. • Compiling shots of both digital and physical marketed branding for end of season proof of performance reviews to our sponsors • Uploading and appropriately labelling photos into photo drive for quick searching/ sharing postgame • Other duties, as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: • Strong availability on evenings, including weekends • Eye for detail; properly frame camera shots and follow action • Ability to follow a script for all in-game events and sponsorship fulfillments • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Works well in a team environment • Knowledge of still camera operation • Enthusiastic and creative attitude • Owning own equipment is highly encouraged
