General Manager. Chef. Social Media Manager. Events Manager

The position reports to the Director of Operations and Culinary Director, and aims to create content within the restaurants guidelines. Applicants should be self-starters with a positive attitude, able to work both independently and with a team and have a great eye for images and design. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media strategy for the restaurant • Work with chefs to build a library of photographs • Create and stage the photoshoots • Respond and engage the customers on social media • Create menus and advertisements • Create new content • Managing all social media platforms • Engagement with media outlets Requirements: • Positive attitude and ability to work well with the staff • Highly organized and eager to learn • Knowledge of Sprout Social, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with photography • Restaurant experience and customer service • Marketing and Sales knowledge is preferred • Flexibility in schedule (some nights and weekend hours required) • Strong interpersonal skills Broadway Restaurant Group is currently seeking a Chef De Cuisine who is creative, energetic and forward-thinking individual to join their BOH management team. Responsibilities: • Work with Social Media manager to create content, library of photographs and videos that showcase the restaurant • Control food costs, costing menus, updating inventory and weekly purchases • Daily administrative and office tasks • Work alongside the Culinary Director to execute the menu, and create new dishes for specials • Organization, Preparation, and Production of all culinary operations • Managing the staff and execution of each service • Training materials for the menu for both FOH and BOH staff Requirements: • Self-starter with a positive attitude • Highly organized and eager to learn • Sense of urgency in the kitchen • Natural problem solver • Experience in managing kitchen staff, and payroll • Ability to pivot and change direction • Strong interpersonal skills • Follow all Servesafe standards and keep the restaurant neat and organized Broadway Restaurant Group is currently seeking a Event Sales Director who is highly organized, engaging, self-motivated and forward-thinking individual to join their restaurant group. Responsibilities: • Seek out offsite catering and event opportunities • Work with chefs and social media manager to build a library of photographs and videos of events • Create individual menus for the chef team to review that are catered around the guest’s requests • Organize all rentals and set up of events • Work alongside the Culinary Director to create new Events and Catering Menus during the off season • Managing all social media platforms Requirements: • Positive attitude and ability to work well with the staff • Highly organized and detail oriented • Knowledge of Sprout Social, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with tripleseat • Restaurant experience and customer service • Marketing and Sales knowledge • Flexibility in schedule • Strong interpersonal skills • Lighting and Music detail
