As a Customer Service Representative, and Call Center Crew Member you will be in contact with our customers and inform them of their upcoming senior portrait sessions, and answer their picture day questions. As first point of contact with our customers you are required to maintain an inviting, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude. If you don't, we will teach you. \--Have an energetic, and fun attitude- As a photographer or CSR you are always "on" and need to be able to bring your best attitude on a daily basis.
