Good Land Organics & FRINJ Coffee Fulfillment Position Good Land Organics is a unique working environment on a beautiful tropical tree fruit farm in the foothills of Goleta above the Bacara resort. We have an energized team of 4-14 people on site at any given day. Fulfillment Team Job Duties Include: \\- Order fulfillment for both direct to consumer and wholesale orders \\- Fruit quality sorting & prep work \\- Packaging, labeling & transportation of goods to shipping outlets \\- Organization of shipping supplies, inventory tracking, & label printing -Green coffee bean sorting \\- Post roast sorting \\- Assistance with coffee tours -Social media know how, photography and filming Candidates must have transportation for this position to get to the farm. 10-25 hours a week depending upon availability, flexible schedule can be negotiated. Works well around another part time job or a school schedule.
