Working closely with our wider marketing and sales teams, your key responsibilities will encompass a few areas:ResponsibilitiesCome up with powerful product narratives and impactful go-to-market plans for new products and featuresDevelop clear and compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging that differentiate the product from competitorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and successful product launches and promotionsUnderstand the competitive landscape and lead market research to find the unique position for GotPhoto products, identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities.Engage with customers and leverage customer insights to build stronger messaging, ensuring strong customer’s voice in product communicationsWork with product management to align on the best roadmap and launch priorities based on market feedbackSupport Product with key insights from our customers and markets to elevate effectivity of our product and product-market-fitDevelop and execute content marketing strategies covering end-to-end customer journey to maximize engagement and revenue from content marketing effortsEngage third-party agencies to accelerate the speed and quality of productionUtilize data-driven insights to measure content marketing performance and provide ideas for further growthBuild enablement discipline and key assets such as sales presentations, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.Generate key insights from the market and build out further market analysis and research to enhance our internal knowledgeLead the product & content marketing team of 5, building smooth internal operations and supporting team professional growth and personal development.We are looking for:Minimum of 8 years in product marketing and content marketing; both B2B and B2C experience are welcome3+ years of experience growing and leading high-performing teamsProven strong leadership and team management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication, stand-out presentation skills, with an ability to turn complex matters into exciting storytellingExperience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing as well as effective external product marketing assets including videos, demos, one-pagers, and sales pitchesTrack record of leading successful new product launches including GTM strategySelf-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex dataThe PerksOur culture: Yes, this may sound cheesy - but our eNPS of 47+ speaks for itself and the collaborative and open work environment we’ve created.
