Grants and Program Development Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Grant Support and Program Manager works with Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington to execute grant support, resource development and communication strategies. This position telecommutes 90-100% of the time.  Ability to work as a team member with club staff, volunteers and representatives of other community agencies.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suites, social media, website and enewsletter editing. Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Succeed in this Position Staff member is a team player, punctual, flexible, follows through on commitments, responds in a timely manner to requests, exhibits problem solving initiative, communicates effectively within proper reporting relationships and is dedicated to the mission of the organization by striving to uphold BGCWA values.
